Senior Branch Manager

Fort Lee Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead all branch operations and manage a staff of 15-20 team members. This position is responsible for coaching individuals and teams, cultivating a positive and productive sales environment, preserving high member satisfaction and ensuring proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach while maintaining a “big-picture” understanding of how to direct branch activity to support the credit union’s overall strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have a combination of six or more years of related education, branch management and/or business development experience. Extensive retail banking and/or lending background required. Proven success leading staff training and development strongly preferred. Member Solutions Specialist – Call Center (Full Time)

Primary Responsibilities

Seeking enthusiastic individual to be a contributing and strong performing member of our full service call center. This includes identifying member needs and providing consultation to assist members in choosing solutions that are in their best interest while meeting departmental sales and service goals. This position also assists members with consumer loan products to include taking loan requests from consultation to loan closing via telephone.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center or in a financial institution providing customer/member service
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly effective customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer navigation skills and a working knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proven track record of success working well in a team environment


Tellers (Full Time and Part Time)

Primary Responsibilities

As a Teller, you will focus on creating exceptional member experiences every day, working with your branch team to ensure members' financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.  You will have an opportunity to create a connection and develop rapport with members to provide more personalized service, uncover their financial needs, and engage the appropriate team member with the expertise to meet these needs. Additionally, you will also play a key role in educating and helping members become familiar with our convenient online and mobile banking technology.

Desired Skills
  • Ability to provide a great member experience by engaging members in conversation and educating them on the various products and services available to them.
  • Ability to identify client needs and refer to appropriate branch team members.
  • Ability to educate and engage members on the various digital tools available to them to improve their banking experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (teller experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and time management
  • Proven track record of success working well in a team environment
  • Must be flexible on work location based on branch staffing needs
