Phone & Texting Scam

We have been made aware of scam in which fraudsters text and/or call members to ask for their online banking login ID and password information. The fraudsters have masked calls to appear to be coming from Fort Lee Federal Credit Union's local and toll free phone numbers: (804) 452-0736 and (800) 782-7599.

Please know that we will never ask you for your login credentials.

If you receive a call or text that you are unsure about, hang up immediately and call Fort Lee Federal Credit Union directly at (804) 452-0736.
